Can’t launch my game They Are Billions via EA App

appears to be a .net4 issue check windows app logs. then try to uninstall and reinstall any of the older dos based games they may reinstall .net4  and fix error....GOOD LUCK AND LET THE REST OF US KNOW IF THIS WORKS.   Dont want to be putting out bad juju . As far as i know his is root cause!
