Can’t log in

Question

Account will not let me sign in on pc. Keeps saying password is incorrect and resetting/changing my password does nothing. My email/phone number is verified and the password is working when logging into ea online but not the app on my computer. Does anyone know how to fix this?

@felicitysmoak022 Mine is doing something similar it says I must log in online for the first time even after I've already been logged into the app for a month now.
