Can i play Sims 4 without EA app?
as title sais, my EA app always crashes (months already, not even sure how many) if i try to launch it, either directly or by using linked game from other gamefronts, like steam or epic games. so i basicaly lost all my ea app tied games for foreseable future (or untill i crack or pirate them)
are there any other solution to install them/play them.
[edit] steam does install game before trying to launch EAapp, EGS (epic games store) tries to launch EAapp before installing game.
so with steam version i atleast can download game, with epic or ea i can't even install.
but all of them do requare ea app to work to play so i can not play since ea app just crashes
attached images are what does ea app shows when trying to launch it, it alternates between one and the other, and also console windows trying to update but then going back to those two
update - it was my antivirus blocking either something inside ea app folder or blocking comunication of ea background service. once i put folder on exeption list and alow all trafic for ea background service it finaly worked.
btw my antivirus is eset smart security premiumthanks to Jack Schitt from steam sims 4 forum for pointing me right way
