can i still use origin after being made to switch to ea?

as of last week, I was made to move from Origin to EA due to being on a Mac laptop and my app won't load and there aren't any Sims 4 files within the EA file on Finder. it's all still connected to origin.

am I allowed to go back to origin or do I have to stay with EA now?

someone help because I can't log into my game at all now after moving!!!!!

Sims 4 does not require a login to play. Do you mean you cannot log into EA App? What error message do you receive or what happens when you try?

What do you mean "there aren't any Sims 4 files within the EA file on Finder"? Please be a lot more specific and post screenshots to help illustrate your issue.

You cannot go back to Origin.
