Originally the game wouldn't load and someone suggested uninstalling and then reinstalling but now it won't let me reinstall the game. I have done everything from deleting the app, clearing the cache, and running the app as administrator. I waited a couple of minutes multiple times as the error message says, but it does nothing still. I am only having this issue with Sim games only as well. It gives me the option to download other games. I transferred my games from the Origin app to the EA app a couple of months ago, but I am just now trying to play and it won't let me.
Im having the same problem and i tried everything so did my boyfriend. We are starting to lose hope.
