Cannot Download High School Years EP
I am trying to download High School Years... I bought the pack a few days ago using an EA Store gift card online, however, I am being blocked from doing so because I forgot I had preordered it in 2022, but the payment never went through so in my account order history it says payment processing still. I've tried to cancel the order on my own in settings but nothing changed. Can anyone please help!!
