Cannot download Knockout City with Xbox Game Pass for PC

Hi all, I'm encountering new issues with Knockout City, which I'm trying to download via Xbox Game Pass. I had been playing for a week with no problems, but today I got an error saying I didn't have a membership to the game. I tried uninstalling the game with plan to reinstall and see if that would work, but now I'm unable to even download Knockout City. It says "we've encountered a problem with your download, restart your PC and try again."

I've reinstalled the EA desktop app, cleared the cache multiple times, nothing is working. I can download other EA games no problem, this only is an issue for Knockout City.

Anyone else encountering this problem or have a possible fix?
