Cannot download sims 4 DLC after redeeming code, DLC not in game library

Redeemed code for 'The Sims 4 Get Together' clicked download. The game didn't start downloading and wasn't appearing in game library/manage add ons for game. Tried downloading it by searching DLC in store, though it showed as not purchased. I loaded up the sims 4 game and it showed as purchased in game. The issue I'm having is that it's not appearing in my game library at all, but it's showing as purchased in game but I'm not able to download it anywhere. Attached is screenshots in game showing the DLC 'The Sims 4 Get Together' has been purchased. Also, I have attached images of it not showing in my game library and manage add ons on the game. Nothing I'm doing seems to work.
- Restarting my PC
- Reloading the game library page in app
- Clearing the cache for EA app
- Uninstalling/Reinstalling the EA app
- Updating EA app
- There is a lot of storage space on my PC, so it's not that either
- Lowered the user access settings on my PC
- Moving the game files to a different location on my PC then run the app as administrator
- Run the EA app as administrator
- Click repair game on The Sims
