@tayecuianachina If you've installed Sims 4 through the EA App, the Repair option should be under Manage when you're viewing the main Sims 4 page. If you've installed through Steam, you'll need to repair through Steam; the option is called "Verify integrity of the local files" or similar.
Since nothing worked, I had to re-install everything, EA app and The Sims base with the 64 add-ons yesterday and went to bed. Now that everything has been downloaded again, the EA app won´t start. The page stays black like this. Doesn´t matter how many times you reboot everything, it is just broken everywhere.

@tayecuianachina Please uninstall the EA App with Revo Uninstaller (the free version is fine). Use Hunter Mode, which is the most comprehensive search. Restart your computer before reinstalling the App.
