Cannot find/search friend's username in EA app
Friend and I are trying to play Battlefront. In order to use the game's built-in online co-op feature you have to invite them from your friend's list. Problem is when I search for his name, nothing appears in the search function and when he searches for my username, nothing appears for him as well. We are both on PC. We also both downloaded the games initially from Epic games store. We both have an EA app account and yes we are using our EA's ID.
Does this have something to do with their servers/databases not updating our names. Because it appears as nobody in the wolrd exist.
Did anyone else have this problem and what was your solution to this.

Could you take a look at those recommendations and give them a go, please? If your friends still haven't appeared in the search results after, there's some information we'd need to better understand what might be happening.
