Cannot Install Sims4 Stuck at preparing

My game just stopped working after I updated it for the latest Life & Death patch (31.10.2024) every time I pressed Play It would say it is preparing then just nothing. I was told by Ea help to unins...

Hey @VampireLuna3 , have you tried clearing the cache of EA app to see if that helps? To do so, click on the three dashes in the far-left corner > Help > App Recovery > Clear cache.
