cannot log into my old account

Hi, I am having trouble with verifying my old account, it comes up with the prompt, send a code to your email, but each time I have tried the code has not been sent to my email, I have tried multiple troubleshoots, yet not have them have succeeded and most of the troubleshoots require logging into the EA account, is there anyway I can access the account through another option? instead of sending a code through to that email could I enter a passkey that has been connected that email, or maybe try getting it to send a code to a recovery email?
