Cannot purchase Crystal Creations.

Every time I try to purchase Crystal Creations through the EA App, it flashes the screen with my payment information, but before I can react, it redirects to a network error page, then returns me to the Sims 4 homepage. I have tried restarting my computer, reinstalling the app, reinstalling and repairing the game, clearing my cache... NOTHING is working, and the EA Help chat is absolutely useless.

Please help, I just want to buy and play the new pack.
