I too have the same issue I have made queries about it and I got no answers. It is hopeless at this point. I have resorted to not buying anymore of EA's games because this is **bleep**. I "own" a copy of most of the battlefield franchise and I cannot play it. It is easier to get a pirated copy and get it to work that go through all these troubleshooting steps only for it not to work. Ps: I have tried the following:
- Refreshed my computer and reinstalled everything.
- Cleared the cache for the EA Launcher app
- Validated the installation files on the computer
- Given EA launcher and the games administrator privileges on launch by going through system properties for each executable file.
- Disabled my antivirus
- Logged put and restart
Yet nothing works.
