Can't activate license for games + EA app not working 70% of the time
Recently bought Battlefield 1 on steam and the first time booting the game, the license activation window popped up asking for credentials to log in, to activate the product. Have played about 3 hours and turned everything off. Some time later, when I wanted to boot the game, the same license activation window popped up, but this time it doesn't let me log in with my credentials, nothing happens. I have reset my password 2 times already, and it still doesn't work. I have to use the credentials of a friend's account EVERY SINGLE TIME when I boot the game, cause in every single boot the license activation window keeps appearing, and if I close it, the game doesn't start. I also decided to reinstall Battlefield 4 for nostalgia, and same thing happens, only this time I cannot play at all, because it recognizes the accounts don't match, but when I use my own credentials again, it says that E-mail or Password are wrong, which they are not, I'm copy pasting either the email/id and the password, nothing works. I'm honestly sick of having to login with someone else's credentials every single time I want to play a game I bought on STEAM, and cannot even start Battlefield 4 because the license activation system is buggy. Also, most times when launching a game, say Battlefield 1, the EA app doesn't load correctly and doesn't work, it just loads the borders of the app and the top left menu, when I use Help > Restart App, it closes the app and goes into a boot loop, without ever solving anything, therefore prompting me to restart my PC 70% of the time I want to play a game. This is unacceptable.
