Can't buy anything on the store (App and Website)

I can't buy anything - specifically the Battlefield 6 Phantom Edition in the EA App or on the Website. 
 
- I reset my password. 
- I restarted my pc. 
- I do not use VPN. 
- I tried paypal and credit card (two different cards) - the normal way and with ApplePay. 
- I tried with EA App and EA Website. 
- I cleared the cache of the EA App. 
- I logged out and in on the EA app and the website. 
- I tried it on my mobile phone.

The error code is always 51016.

EA Help doesn't offer any help and the only working solution I've gotten from them so far was "Buy it on Steam."
