Hi there,
Thanks for taking the time to respond. It does not give me an error. It just says that I am offline. I got into BF1 last night via wifi could search servers but as soon as I switched it back to wired it stopped working and said I was offline again. I tried everything in that troubleshooter and nothing helped.

Community Manager@northernace Is your wifi a different connection or is it the same as the one wired one? One test that you can do to understand if this is related to your connection or not, is using your mobile hotspot to connect. If it allows you to connect, it's probably something on your ISP side blocking the connection.

why will he ISP suddenly block his connection? I have the same problem but I lost connection to ea server with weird and wifi set up!
- EA_cuervo@Bultarna I'm not saying they're blocking it on purpose, but I've seen many people who are unable to connect to the servers while connected to their main connection but able to connect when using a mobile hotspot. That helps us identify the root cause of the issue.
sometimes it works for me on my hotspot, but after a while even that doesnt work..error code 10068 or 100508 always keep popping up..steam ( pc ) is my platform..
