Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? When I tried to contact EA help they said it was EA's issue
What happens when the bug occurs? Not loading game library, can't download any of games
What do you expect to see? A fix, please!
After opening the Ea app and checking my library it says 'Things are taking a little longer than usual to load up, Hang tight while we try to solve the problem' After Restarting the app library is showing again but I need to do it every time. and the biggest issue is I can't download any of the games. when I try to download the game it's preparing and nothing happens. When I try to open Steam-bought games like NFS heat it's not lunching. It's getting the error 'Background services blocked'. and I uninstalled the app, reinstalled it, logged into another account, and logged back into the right account. and also cleared the cache, and tried to open it as administer, but had no luck, please help me I can't play any of EA games
