Hi @Skittlezy7,

When you get to see the window where you can choose the destination folder, can you select where to install the game? Is the game also added to "My Collection"?

I'm just wondering this as I have seen a few other topics where players cannot add the game to their collection with Teen accounts, and there is an ongoing issue with some games displaying "currently not available" for certain games and I want to rule out those issues first.
