I have also tried uninstalling the EA Desktop, clearing caches and all the other things suggested on the site. I cannot even add anything to collections or download anything. It was fine last night but today nothing works and I have installed the games but had to uninstall due to the fact I changed EA accounts and now nothing works. I was looking forward to this Open Beta so I'm really annoyed I won't be able to play anything until this is solved.

@Kazut🤭samu What a disaster, we got no reply from EA and no support at all. I've been almost daily trying to download a game, but none works.

Simply a disaster.
