Hey, all.

If you are having trouble downloading games can you let us know on this post if these steps from this reply helped you out?

Same problem here, no download works.

File is always in "Preparing" state and no files are created or the game folder is not created at all.

@icewarp Same for me you just need to download over a VPN pinging the United States (set to USA) its the only work around I can find
