I've tried to download Peggle Nights via Ea Desktop, but it keeps loading infinitely. What I should do?

Hey, @Fabricio_Militao We can try to run the System File Checker tool and then Check for Windows and GPU updates if you continue getting this issue, would it be possible to create a new Local Admin account on the device and see if this issue can be reproducedd?
EA Staff (Retired)Hey @Fabricio_Militao Can you try to Clear EA App's Cache and if the issue continues, try starting a download for a different game (let the download get to 15%) then cancel and try to download Peggle again?

Summarize your bug When I try to download Peggle Nights, the EA App enters on an infinite loading. I've tested with other games (that includes free games, paid games that I've own and EA Acess games) and it didn't happend with any of them except for Peggle Nights.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)

What happens when the bug occurs? The launcher keeps loading the
What do you expect to see? Peggle Nights's download window, just like appears on other games
I've tried both. I've also tried to reinstalling the EA App with the installer and with gamepass, restart my computer and install a free game, a game that I own and a EA Acess game. For ever game it works fine, but with Peggle Nights it still stuck on EA Play's loading.

As for the setting or the internet I'm not entirely sure. I think that is not the case, but I also don't know what and how to check exactly
