Can't download Peggle Nights

I've tried to download Peggle Nights via Ea Desktop, but it keeps loading infinitely. What I should do? I have both Gamepass and EA Acess

    Hey, @Fabricio_Militao We can try to run the System File Checker tool and then Check for Windows and GPU updates if you continue getting this issue, would it be possible to create a new Local Admin account on the device and see if this issue can be reproducedd?

I'm not using VPN and I've tried to add EA Desktop on the firewall's whitelist
As for the setting or the internet I'm not entirely sure. I think that is not the case, but I also don't know what and how to check exactly
