If you look at the order history for your EA account, is the transaction for Growing Together showing as processing, complete, or failed?
When I look at my transaction history, it shows that it is processing. I will never play the Sims again until this problem is resolved quickly. There is a case to handle this problem by simply refunding this DLC and purchasing it again, but if such an answer exists, it will be my loss for pre-purchasing, so I will just refund it. After doing this, I will never play Sims 4 again.

Hey @sungyuri0821 , could you get in touch with our help centre (Contact EA Help)? If the order is still processing, our billing team will need to take a look and see why your order is stuck. With a bit of luck they will be able to approve it.
