Hi,
I am experiencing issues while trying to download the horse ranch expansion pack (as many other players before me). I purchased the pack today. Everything is in order with the payment according to my order history. The download is stuck in "preparing". I've tried logging in and out of my account and re-started the download. It does not work. I've also cleared my cache-files. Also, I have a brand new computer (MSI Katana 17 B13V), so my computer is clearly not the issue here.
Please help me resolve this issue.
