can't download the sims 4, stuck on "preparing".

I am having trouble downloading the sims 4 on the ea app and ive tried clearing cache and whatever else i can and nothing seems to be working this has been happening for the past few weeks.

    EA's servers are unreliable. You can clear app cache in EA Play's settings and that will help your client re-establish a connection. But, it's holiday time, and EA has some of the most unreliable busted servers in existence.

      @DarkestPenguin so true i tried everything but still have problems downloading it and they’re servers keep shutting down
