cant find fc 24

hi

i think i made a huge mistake

i couldnt log in to my account on EA APP, i got stuck on the 'im not a robot' part with the error of 'we couldn t find your ea account'

so i wanted to see if i can create a new one with the same mail, and it worekd, but now im with a new account and none of my game i paid for

what should i do? obviously to get help via chat is impossible like most of corporates that like to exhaust the customer
