Re: Sims 4 - Packs missing from EA app

Hi, I went to log into my app and I couldn't find sims 4 anymore. Only sims 3 shows up to buy and/or play.

I have more than 15 packs and kits but I can't see any of them or the game itself on the application. I have logged out and logged back in. I have cleared the caches and background activity. I even bought a new laptop and redownloaded the app and still no luck. Where is my game? How do I get it back??

Hi there. Thanks for getting in touch. We have this article for games that won't load in the EA App. Try those suggestions and let me know if that helps or not.

Hello, Ive checked and still nothing. I'll attach a pic so you can see what I mean by it doesn't come up on the app.

Apologies for the late response. Have you confirmed you're signed in to the account that owns the Sims 4 base game and packs?
