I have the same issue. Today I tried for the first time to play Sims 4, I played for a bit (just creating the sim) and the game crashed. Haven't been able to play since. I already uninstalled and installed back the game, restarted my computer, open it as an admin, repaired via EA App, moved the Sims 4 folder out and tried to run the app. Nothing worked, here is the DxDiag. Please let me know what can I do.
AnizArtist I've split your post into its own thread because it's easier to keep track of crashing issues separately. Thanks for the dxdiag, which shows one of your laptop's graphics drivers is crashing repeatedly. So please do a clean uninstall and reinstall of both drivers, as described here:

Enter your serial number, choose your OS (just Windows 11 is fine) if prompted, click All Drivers, expand Driver-Graphics, and download the newest Intel and Nvidia drivers by version number. The first number matters most, e.g. 32 is newer than 31; after that, the last four numbers matter.
The proper order of operations is uninstall the Nvidia driver > uninstall the Intel driver > restart > reinstall the Intel driver > restart > reinstall the Nvidia driver > restart, all while your computer is offline.
I did all of that and it's still not working... The app opens, the tab blinks a couple of times and it just closes.
