Can't get verification code

sorry this may sound stupid, but as we asked the EA game advisor, when we can't log in to EA to verify the code. I just created a new EA account for no reason so I could write you this question.

You have significant gaps in user support.
I have a problem logging into the EA application because the verification code doesn't come to my email.
To solve it I have to log in to EA support on the WEB, but I won't log in anyway because the verification code doesn't come to me... for God's sake, think again I just created a new EA account for no reason so I could write you this question.
And no I don't want to write and get advice from an AI robot I need to communicate with a live person

    If you're not getting verification codes, please see the following article: How to turn on EA Login Verification

    Not getting codes to your email address?

    Try resending the code. If that doesn’t work, make sure: 

    • your inbox isn’t full
    • you’ve checked the spam folder
    • you or your service provider haven’t blocked us
    • you’re logged in to the right EA Account.
      • If you’re logged in to a different EA Account, your codes might go to the wrong email.

    Tip: Keep your email address up to date so you can always get your codes.

    If you’re still not getting your codes, look for a past email from ea@e.ea.com and allow images to be displayed. Then, resend the verification email.
