Cant install ea app

I used to play sims with origin on my computer. I had to change the hard drive and now o cant install ea app. It say to upgrade to windows 7 x64 or better.

I have windows 10 and is up to date.. 

I used to play on that same computer on windows 10 and it was fine..please help i dont understand
