Can't Install or Play Games

Two days ago I was playing "The Sims Medieval" normally, as I did for about a week, but yesterday I tried playing it and the game wouldn't launch. I couldn't even close the EA app without using the task manager because it was acting like the game had been launched, with the launch button greyed out, but staying on desktop, nothing else happened.

I tried to uninstall an reinstall the game, it took hours, but it wouldn't let me launch it.

So I uninstalled and reinstalled the game, but it stayed stuck on "Finalizing". For hours. I tried multiple times with the same results.

Yes, I also tried to restart and even tourn off and on the PC, multiple times. Nothing.

I tried to launch "The Sims 4" and it launched properly, but I didn't want to play that, I wanted to play "The Sims Medieval".

So today I uninstalled EVERYTHING, both games an EA app.

I reinstalled the app, which was a painfully long process, I had to attempt the installation 3 times. The third time the EA app finally got installed and I tried to install "The Sims Medieval" again. It didn't work, always stuck on "Finalizing".

I also read other threads on this website about the issue and tried everything they suggest. Nothing works.

Now I can't even uninstall the EA app, probably because it is still trying to finalize the installation of the game.

Everyday there's a new bug, a new reason we are not able to play the games we pay for! It's also a huge waste of time trying to solve these issues when you only want to relax after a long day.

I don't understand why this app has so many problems, it's even worse than Origin!
