    @ImB1ind I resolve the issue, I had to reinstall the EA desktop app, the games install via EA desktop app didn't get affected, it was easy and after I log in in the app, the games were available to play.

Solution is simple:

  1. Open start menu 
  2. Search for services
  3. Locate "EABackgroundService"
  4. Right-click it
  5. on General tab, you'll see "Startup type:" make  it "Automatic"
  6. Press Ok
  7. Launch the EAdesktop again

This should work fine

Oh my god !! Thank you very much. You’re a life saver !! I play the sims 4 couldn’t get on my game I thought I lost my mind ..:lucky I know to go YouTube or google for answers to these untimely issues ..,many blessings and happy new year 🤩🤘🎸people like you make the world go round 😊💯💯
