I'm actually 100% out of ideas other than reinstalling windows which is totally insane. Can I please get a developer to help me out there, Is there an error log I can look at?
Update: Uninstall steam copy again.
I did a search for "titanfall" in my registry and proceeded to delete any key that was related to the exe or folder location. I removed about 15 to 20 items. I did not remove them all. there was a lot.
After that. I reinstalled the game again and it launched which is great news--but hold on. So this clearly is an issue with EA App thinking the game is somewhere where its not. I think there should be a button to re-point EA Desktop to the game files for the steam copy. Pretty frustrating. However, to make matters worse I can't actually run TF2 from my original account anymore. The one were I'm G100. The game is not installed and EA Desktop won't let me install it.
Wackamole.

So EA thinks the game is installed. Its not. I did app recovery cache clear for EA and it did nothing.
Any suggestions?

So I copied the files to the folder the EA expected, but that did not resolve anything.
EA Desktop will not let me
1. Download the game
2. Show the play button
Can someone please tell me in what universe does the app not let me either download or run the game if I own it? How hard can this be? I'm a little concerned I just lost access to my G100 account ☹️

@LMS5100, can you uninstall the game with the Revo Uninstaller? That would remove the game fully from your registry and might help here.

Then, try to install the Steam-Version again.
Is the Steam account also linked to the EA account on which you had G100?
