can't load sims
ever since the new update i haven't been able to load the ea app without using data OR even load the sims game at all. I have tried absolutely everything they've suggested and nothing's helped

cbannister11 When the EA App is working and you try to run Sims 4, what happens? Please describe what you see, and if you get an error message, post a screenshot of it.
Please also let me know whether your computer runs Windows or macOS.
on mac, i don't get an error message it just never loads and if i go to force quit to says not responding
