Can't Login after update

Went to login to my EA app and an update notification popped up. Went through all of the normal procedures until I got to the entering username and password widow. Never had trouble with this before because I played on it three days ago, but none of the passwords I had written down work. I am able to login to ea.com on browser just fine; changed password; checked email address; and even restarted my laptop. Sent a report on the error as well. Asked with EA help, but dead end.

So if anyone can help me out here? Please and thank you.

    Hey Kiiryu​,

    Try clearing the EA app Cache. You can do this without logging in as well, following the steps here

    Have you only tried logging in with the username? If yes, try using your email address and password and see if that lets you log in to the EA app. 

  • Well that's the thing. Know how you have to enter username and password after an update, in order to get back into the app? Not happening. So i can't clear the cache. ^-^'

    As mentioned above, you can clear the EA app cache without logging in to the app, Kiiryu​. Follow the steps in the above link to clear the cache and hopefully, you'll be able to log back in.
