Can't open EA app I get error code EC:201
I keep getting error EC:201 telling me to sign in online and use keep me signed in. what do i do.

I know this is an old post but I just ran into this issue and wanted to come back to just let anybody else with this issue know what worked for me. I had downloaded the app installer, ran the repair, didn't work. Deleted temporary files, didn't work. Restarted PC, didn't work.
What DID work was simply uninstalling the app and reinstalling it. That was it. Problem solved. I hope this helps the next person that inevitably has this issue and has to dig through posts that are years old to find a solution.
