Can you try deleting the EA Play app and try installing it through the Xbox app? Let me know if that helps.

I have just deleted the app, reinstalled it through the Xbox app and it is still the same expect I can access Fifa 20 and Fifa 19, but that is all.- EA_Blueberry

Are you able to download the games by adjusting your UAC settings on the PC to be less restrictive?@EA_BlueberryI have been having the same problem with my games not downloading. I have made my UAV settings as less restricted as possible but still nothing. I got my membership through game pass ultimate and it said it would work for pc but it doesn't. please put some attention towards this issue as a lot of people have the same issue.

i got the same issue not only that but i tried installing games when it would let me and it would work and nothing would happen i have been dying to play ea play games on pc but it hasn't worked all year since i got my pc i even went through support and the issue wasn't fixed
I've got the same problem. I have Xbox Game Pass Ultimate which is meant to include EA Play, but the EA Desktop app suddenly doesn't think I have, and it won't connect properly.
I'm logged into the Xbox app fine, but it won't boot up EA Play, so then I run the EA desktop app and that doesn't marry the two up. This was fine until the other day. Now, if I go to continue a game I was playing, like Star Wars Jedi Fallen Order, it's unavailable. HELP!
