Can't play FIFA 23 offline with EA App.. Can't contact EA Support..

Can't contact EA Support & Why am i forced to install EA App and Origin must be uninstalled??

I have a big issue down here. Since yesterday i was forced to uninstall origin and install EA App automatically with no any choise.

The problem is that i need to play FIFA 23 in offline mode due to lack of internet onboard ships..

After installing the EA App i tried to run the FIFA 23 in offline mode but no any succes.. 

I'm triying to open a case for EA Support but it's not working. I also tried to fill up here https://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/ but i'm not from USA ... so i'm not allowed to put my mobile number..

Please help me!!
