Can't play with my friend via EA Desktop

Hello I can't invite my friend via EA Desktop. W cannot see each other's invitation at EA Desktop. Please help ASAP  Have a nice day 🙂

How has EA not fixed this 100 friends bug yet?  This is absolutely pathetic.
