Can't purchase Kits

Hey!

I tried buying new kits for the sims 4 and the app says that it "having trouble updating cart" and when I'm trying to purchase without adding to cart it says "we have trouble processing your request" and gives the ref. #pricenotfound 

someone having the same issue? 

I'm playing on a Mac

    Sorry to hear that there's been difficulty purchasing those kits.

    Since it's been a couple of days, are you still facing the same #pricenotfound error? Or have you since been able to purchase the kits you were trying to buy? Let us know, thanks!
