Summarize your bug Hello, I'm trying to purchase a pack for my SIms 4 game, I cam across the error in app: ref. #INVALID_LENGTH-offerInfoList.offers[O].offerId So I attempted to do it in-game and online only to be presented with a loading symbol which hasn't budged and doesn't take me to purchase the pack - is this is a general bug that needs resolving? How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Try to buy an expansion pack in the app
What happens when the bug occurs? The trouble processing request box pops up with the above error code ref.
What do you expect to see? I would like to be able to purchase the game!
