Can't Uninstall Origin, Can't Install the new launcher

For the past week and a half, I've been unable to uninstall Origin, which is needed to install the new launcher.  Every time I went to install the EA app, it popped an error saying that Origin could not be uninstalled.  After asking EA support for help almost a dozen times, I was told to use a 3rd party program to force uninstall all of Origin. I have also cleared the origin cache before this.

Neither of these two solutions worked.

EA App installer will not install. The EA App does not give an error code. My laptop is a WIN10 device.
