Can't Update EA Plays

Question

Can't update EA PlaysRecently whenever I try to play any of my games EA Plays says that I have a mandatory update required to stay online. Whenever I try to download the update it freezes at 0% Does anyone know what's going on and how I can fix it?

First, try clearing the app cache and then retry:&nbsp;https://help.ea.com/en/help/faq/clear-cache-to-fix-problems-with-your-games/

If required, uninstall the app and get a fresh download then install and try again:&nbsp;https://www.ea.com/ea-app
