Can't update the recent Patch

Sul sul. I have 2 PCs, and I am using the same EA account for both PCs. On the first one, I could easily update the game. On this second PC the update doesn't show up at all. I clicked on App Recovery, and I also restarted the game, but the update didn't show up. I updated the app and tried it again, and the update is still not showing up.

My GameVersion.txt file is showing when I open it with Notepad:
1.116.202.1030

But the recent patch number is: 1.116.223.1030

Am I doing something wrong? My mods are up-to-date. It should work.
