Charged twice for the same game, not eligible for refund?
I got the Sims 2 Legacy Collection, but when I purchased the game the EA app crashed. Upon reopening the app, the game didn’t show as purchased or downloading. Thinking the game wasn’t purchased in the first place, I bought it again. I checked my bank account today and saw I was charged twice.
I tried filling out the refund form I was directed to by the EA Help chat box, but it says that I have no games eligible for refund.
How do I contact EA about this or go about getting a refund?

If you've been charged twice for this purchase, we'll want the live support team to take a look and get that extra charge refunded to you- here on the forums we wouldn't have access to your billing details to process that.
