Cloud save sync interruptions on EA App

I'm trying to run a game on the EA Desktop App that supports cloud saves, but every time I try, it says the sync was interrupted. Is this something to do with Internet Connection or is this a technic...

    I ran it and the message didn’t show up this time. Next time I run it and the message shows, I’ll send a picture of it.
