Clubs kicking me out when pausing

Each new year we discover a brand new bug in pro clubs. This year, whenever I play as "any", the game kicks me out each 2/3 games when I hit "options" to make changes. Is any body else experiencing the same but ? (I’m on PS5. Sorry for my bad English, it’s not my first language.)
