Connection error INST-18-773

I've had this issue ever since i bought a game on Steam and it forced me to install the EA app... Long story short; it refuses to connect and download the app, hence preventing me from even playing the game.

I've gone through the entire FAQ and other INST solutions that was posted here and none of them have worked.
