Connection failed - can't claim event rewards
Heya, after contacting EA, troubleshooting forever, reinstalling etc. I truly hope someone can help me out with this issue.
I can log into the EA app successfully, see my library and even purchase from the store. The column on the right however (where it has your profile name at the top and your friend list) states 'connection failed'
In-game this means a 'sims delivery' can't be completed, nor can I claim the rewards for the current event.

and I have walked through more DNS commands with the official EA help. For some reason I cannot reach the chat again, so I figured I'd try my luck here.
